CDC requirements
Required vaccines by age group
Per CDC guidelines, applicants must receive one dose from each incomplete vaccine series. Antibody testing for MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B can exempt adults from those vaccines.

| 19 – 59 years | Tdap or Td, Polio, MMR**, Varicella**, Hepatitis B** |
| 60 – 64 years | Tdap or Td, Polio, MMR**, Varicella** |
| 65+ years | Tdap or Td, Polio, MMR** (born ≥ 1957), Varicella**, Pneumococcal (PCV/PPSV) |
* Influenza vaccine required for all clients 6 months and older when the exam is completed between September and April.
** Antibody (titer) testing for Hepatitis B, MMR, and Varicella may exempt adults from those vaccines if immunity is confirmed.
